Returns And Damages

RETURNS POLICY:


If your Skyros Designs item does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of shipping charges, within 30 days from the date of purchase.  We cannot accept returns after 30 days. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused and  undamaged. All sale items are final sale. Items purchased online may  not be returned or exchanged at your local Skyros Designs retailer. To return an item(s) please email claims@skyrosdesigns.com to receive a return authorization code (RA).  Once you receive the RA code, write it on the outside of the box. Please include a copy of your original web order receipt inside the box. We cannot accept any returns without this receipt. Merchandise returned without an RA cannot be credited.

Securely package your items in the original packaging if possible.  Please pack carefully. Skyros is not responsible for items lost or  damaged in transit.  We encourage you to insure your shipment. Cost of  return freight and insurance is your responsibility. Please use an  insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your  receipt. Skyros will not credit broken or damaged items

Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued (or an exchange)  for the full value of the returned merchandise less any original  shipping charges. It will take up to 7 business days for us to process your return. The credit will be issued to the card upon which the order was originally placed. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for the credit  to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges will be processed  immediately and are subject to availability. You will be notified if  the item(s) requested is not available at the time of exchange.

DAMAGES:

We pack our products as securely as possible to avoid damage. However, occasionally a casualty occurs in transit. Should your online purchase from Skyros arrive damaged, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days at claims@skyrosdesigns.com. In order for Skyros to file a claim you must keep all the original packing materials including the outside box. You will either need to return the item or we might instruct you to dispose of it. Skyros will ship you a replacement or allow you to exchange the item. You will not be charged for return or replacement shipping.
